Borders rise from conquest, settlement, treaty and inheritance. Some endure for centuries; others survive only in maps, ruins and disputed claims.
Current Realms
Kingdoms, empires, principalities and other political realms which exist in the present age.
Historical Realms
States and political orders which no longer exist in their former shape but remain important to history and memory.
